One hour, one field, from the ground up. LLMs from scratch, robotics from scratch. How the technology really works, not just how to call it.

Build
Resources first. Then a project you will be proud of.
Hardware
A 3D printer, Raspberry Pi and ESP32 boards, cameras, sensors, a soldering station. Everything you need to take machine learning off the screen.
Software
Around €40k of cloud and AI credits (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure) for member projects, plus the compute to train models that do not fit on a laptop.
